How does a consultation work?

Consultations are available by appointment only and depending on availability. Use this form, email info@Trish-Laub.com, or call 303-900-2845 to schedule an appointment. You must schedule an appointment, Trish cannot answer questions via email or left in voicemail messages.

When scheduling the appointment, it is helpful to provide as much detail about your needs as possible. After scheduling an appointment, it is best to prepare for the consultation by thinking through the questions or issues you would like to discuss and writing them down. This will help you get the most out of your consultation time as possible.

At the time of scheduling an appointment, either a credit card or check is required to book the time. No payment will be processed until after the consultation.

Consultation cancellation policy: 48 hour notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise you will be charged in full, unless it is an emergency situation.

Fees and Process

The initial free 15-minute conversation will determine whether the services you are looking for match with the philosophy and services of Comfort in their Journey®. To make the most of the conversation, please identify the services in which you are interested and be ready to briefly summarize your care needs and situation.

If a mutual decision to work together is made, a time will be scheduled for a one-hour consultation session. Additional sessions can be scheduled in one-hour increments.

Fees

All consultations, whether in person or via telephone or an online audiovisual service, must be paid in full prior to the start of the consultation. The initial one-hour consultation is $100, with subsequent one-hour sessions at a $75 hourly rate. If upon mutual agreement a consultation exceeds one hour, the additional time is prorated based on the $75 hourly rate and is due immediately upon completion of the session.
